- Are expert installers of a massive range of products, such as Swish UPVC, Marley Eternit Fibre cement boards, aluminium roof line systems, Glass reinforced plastic cornices and other specialist finishes.
- Supply all our own access equipment which means we do not use sub contractors for scaffolding etc.
- Have an asbestos removal licence, held since 1999 granted by the HSE health and safety executive therefore clients are assured that there need not be problems or delays if asbestos is found whilst working on any scheme.
- Are listed on the Build Register, The Construction Line (government funded and approved) and Excor.
- Are approved contractors for Swish building products and are certified installers for Marley Eternit materials.
- Are approved rainwater installers of Marley UPVC, Marley Alutech and Aluminium Seamless Guttering.
- Are local authority approved contractors and housing association approved installers.
- Have Ministry of Defence (MOD) security clearance.
- Can quickly procure all materials through our own in-house sister company The Fascia Place.
- Have always achieved our deadlines and never incured any penalties for late completion.
- Use our own in-house and externally trained workforce and do not use sub contractors. We do not have to wait for, or rely on, other contractors or suppliers.
- Oversee our projects from beginning to end.
