Lease holders in blocks of appartments ,often form resident associations to organize works to their properties.We have worked with numerous groups to install roofline,windows,doors and rainwater goods and below are two examples of projects completed this year.

Our business has got both a domestic and commercial side: On the domestic side we can construct improve and repair any building, ranging from a mansion house to a mid terraced house on a housing estate. We can supply and install specialist cladding, bargeboards, soffits, fascias and guttering, through to balustrades and mock Tudor gable boards.
We also fit and install windows, conservatories, orangeries, doors,car ports, porches, multi fold doors, and smaller items such as lanterns and roof lights. We will also complete any roofing work and mild building work associated with any of these projects.
Through R.C.Grant and Sons sister company, the Fascia Place, we also supply underground drainage systems for use in gravity drainage and sewerage installations, including pipe work, inspection traps, gully traps and grids.
Commercially, we are expert installers of a massive range of products, such as UPVC Fibre cement like Marley Eternit , aluminium, GRP Glass reinforced plastic/fibreglass and other specialist finishes.
One of the advantages we have over other competitors is that we supply all our own access equipment which means we don’t have to use sub contractors for scaffolding etc. We also have an asbestos removal licence, which we have held since 1999 granted by the HSE health and safety executive. That in itself is a mark of quality as this licence is a difficult thing to maintain, so customers can be assured that there will not be problems or hold ups if asbestos is found whilst doing a job.
When a project has been successfully tendered on a price basis, it is then surveyed by our own surveyor and installation manager. The materials are then procured through own in-house sister company (The Fascia Place)and then we work to a programme with the main contractor.
We have always achieved our deadlines and never had any penalties for late completion.
We can take a project, whether new build or refurbishment and can handle every aspect with our own access equipment, including any asbestos removal or health and safety issues such as hazardous waste.
We use our own in-house and externally trained workforce, so as we don’t use sub contractors, we are in charge of every aspect of the work. We do not have to wait for, or rely on, other contractors or suppliers. We oversee the project from beginning to end.
