Sheltered Accomodation
West Street, Sutton Town Centre.
This again is a project for Sutton County Council. We worked in association with Dorwin Ltd who provided the doors and windows.
Using all our own access equipment, we stripped off the old asbestos and provided new cladding in wood effect Swish Upvc , including the fascias, soffits and Marley guttering. This four month contract , value £250K was completed in Summer 2008.
Magnolia Heights.
This is a warden assisted nursing home in Basingstoke. Again we worked in association with Dorwin Ltd. Our contract was to fit Upvc cladding to the bay windows in a specific herringbone pattern to complement the design of the building.
This versatile weatherboard can be attached vertically, horizontally or diagonally to the exterior facade to suit individual needs.
One of the advantages R.C. Grant and Sons Ltd has over other competitors is that we supply all our own access equipment which means we don’t have to use sub contractors for scaffolding etc.
We also have an asbestos removal licence, which we have held since 1999 granted by the HSE health and safety executive.
