Upvc Housing Projects:
This specifically relates to Borough and District councils and Housing Associations that contract R.C.Grant and Sons directly to remove the timber and asbestos from their housing stock and replace it with Swish UPVC and Marley rainwater goods. We provide all our own access, remove all the waste, whether hazardous or genera,l and provide a management team including site supervision. Throughout the project, we liaise directly with the client i.e. the Housing Association, Council or main contractor.
For the last three years, we have had a successful partnership with Martlet Homes in Chichester, who collectively have 5,000 houses. We have done in excess of £150K of business each year; maintaining and replacing the roof lines on these properties. We conduct an open book policy where all the rates are written down and therefore our client knows exactly what each project will cost.
During the last six months, we have also worked through main contractors with Reading Borough Council and Sutton Housing Partnership. We have previously worked for Drum Housing in Petersfield and the majority of London Councils.
Locally have completed housing schemes for Pavilion, Peerless and Sovereign. Also 100 houses for Kingfisher Housing Association in Basingstoke on the Brighton Hill Estate.
